Hyderabad, June 29, 2013: The Godavari remained in spate between Kaleswaram and Dowleswaram as more inflows joined the river from its tributaries—mainly Pranahita.

Ferry services between Kaleswaram, where Pranahita joins the Godavari, and villages on Maharashtra side have completely been stopped as a precaution.

The inflows reaching Bhadrachalam doubled to 6 lakh cusecs on Friday evening.
