The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), as part of strengthening its security and vigilance wing, has got over thirty of its cops trained in the advanced bomb disposal techniques at Hyderabad.

The sleuths underwent rigorous training in bomb disposal and new bomb equipments at the Intelligence Integrated Training Centre at Moinabad from May 6 for over 27 days.

The TTDs Chief Vigilance and Security Officer G.V.G. Ashok Kumar, who congratulated the sleuths on their return, said that the training would be of very great help for the staff in meeting any kind of exigencies arising out of compelling situations.
